Membership

HMAC is now managing our membership and fee payments through MemberClicks.  Please click the appropriate red button in the sidebar to gain access to this new system.  Please note that individual profiles need to be connected to a member organization and dues must be current in order to register for the conference.  While not required, one person can be designated as the main contact for an organization and they will have the ability to associate additional individuals with their organization.  They will also be able to register multiple individuals for the conference.  Please discuss within your organization as to whether anyone should be designated as the primary contact.  You will be prompted to address this question when registering.

Membership Benefits

HMAC memberships run from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Members have access to a Members Only web portal with the following features:

    • Online membership renewal
    • Online registration for the annual HMAC conference and other events
    • Online Sponsorship sign-ups
    • Access to call notes from the monthly HMAC Board call with HUD

Lender Members

  • Foster relationships and encourage collaborative efforts within the industry
  • Be able to attend an annual conference entirely focused on the Section 232 program, with regular attendance from HUD ORCF leadership and an agenda covering the most relevant topics in Section 232 lending (HMAC membership will be required for a company to send attendees to the annual conference)
  • Participate in “LEAN Summits” which would be daylong meetings to address the top 2-3 items under each division of ORCF (Asset Management, Policy & Risk, and Production) where improvement is needed
  • Receive regular communication from HMAC on Section 232 news, potential changes to the program, and concerns
  • Have access to resources and training for new Section 232 underwriters and producers

Associate Members

(Companies and Individuals who provide services to the Section 232 lending community)

    • Exposure to over 35 lenders that have already committed to becoming HMAC members
    • Access to 11 of the top 12 lenders that closed $2.5 Billion of the $2.9 Billion in FY2023 under the Section 232 programs
    • Opportunity for dialogue with Lenders about their current business needs and market your business to new clients
    • Ability to participate in panels at our annual conference and convey useful knowledge to the Section 232 lending community
